According to prominent on-chain wallet tracker WhaleStats, the top 5,000 Ethereum whales currently control an incredible total of more than 7.7 trillion Shiba Inu (SHIB).
SHIB is currently second on the list of whales’ largest holdings after Ethereum, according to the tweet from the aforementioned source. Meanwhile, in the last two days, the second-largest canine cryptocurrency has accomplished two key milestones. The biggest ETH wallets have $70 million in SHIB stored within them.

According to the tweet, the top 5,000 whales currently own the meme cryptocurrency to the tune of $70,559,415. This is equivalent to a mind-boggling 7,736,777,960,526 coins in SHIB.
In addition to SHIB, the top 10 crypto holdings on this list also include UNI and LINK, two coins that rank in the top 20 by market capitalization.
The total amount for the top 100 wallets is $68,211,119, or 3.2% of their wealth, which is a record achievement for SHIB.
Over the past two days, the Shiba Inu token has attained a number of new levels. The first is that, according to a previous tweet from WhaleStats, SHIB has managed to rank among the top coins bought by the biggest Ethereum whales.
The second is the 4.54% increase in SHIB’s market valuation over the past few days. According to data from CoinMarketCap, the total amount is currently $5.09 billion.
The third is that 1,300 new holders have been added to the overall number of SHIB owners in the last day.
Shiba Inu Burn Rate Drops by 90%
In other news, despite Shiba Inu’s price increase, the burn rate has decreased by 90.99% over the past 24 hours. Shibburn data further revealed that 2,000,000 SHIBs have been burned in the last 24 hours.
