BCH could rally toward $320 despite market weakness.
The Bitcoin Cash market has been experiencing massive swings, with price action moving both upward and downward. There are still signs suggesting that we may see a significant price breakout, either upward or downward. Therefore, let’s take a closer look at the market below.

BCH Protocol on a 24-Hour Chart
Price activity in the Bitcoin Cash market has fallen below the 9-day Exponential Moving Average (EMA) line. The price candle for the current session is bearish and stands below the EMA curve, as mentioned above.
Meanwhile, the Stochastic Relative Strength Index (SRSI) indicator lines are deep in the oversold zone but maintain a slight upward trajectory overall. The leading line has a slight deflection to the side, keeping the lines around the 20 mark on the indicator.
Bitcoin Cash May Still Break Out
Trading activity in the BCH market has been experiencing massive swings. Over the past eight sessions, we can see that price activity has remained below the crucial 9-day EMA curve.
Also, the latest price candle on the chart has stayed above the lower boundary of the symmetrical triangle. The SRSI indicator lines remain in the oversold region, suggesting weak bullish momentum. However, given the pattern formed, we may still see a breakout toward higher price levels.

BCHUSDT May Remain Hopeful
Although technical analysis suggests that price action may descend toward lower price levels, some fundamentals may support the market. These fundamentals stem from SmartCash and BCH’s self-custody capabilities. While these fundamentals may be encouraging, the broader market has been bearish. However, traders may still see a breakout toward $320.
